More than just 'sit' and 'stay,' my focus is on creating a truly customized program for both you and your dog, a program that will teach your dog the skills necessary to succeed in your lifestyle. We'll dive deep into a well-rounded training experience, addressing not only the essentials like name recognition, 'down,' potty training, and house boundaries, but also refining crucial skills like crate training, mastering loose leash walking, long line control, and place work.
Lifestyle K9 School
Our program offers a unique blend of training and daycare, designed like a structured school for your dog. They'll experience focused learning with the trainer, working on essential skills such as neutrality, obedience, socialization, and proper manners. Training sessions are thoughtfully spaced throughout the day to maximize engagement, personalized learning to your dog needs, and proper rest.
But it's not all work! Your dog will also participate in monitored social playtime and special adventures activities throughout the week, where they can interact with other dogs in a safe and supervised environment. We also make sure they get plenty of rest to recharge.
To keep you connected and reassured, we post photo and video updates on our instagram throughout the day, so you can see your dog's progress and how much fun they're having! It's like getting a glimpse into their school day.
We're open for drop off from 9:00am 9:30am and pick up from 5-6pm, so you can easily fit training and daycare into your schedule. Our program is offered Monday through Friday.

Pack walk adventure
At LifestyleK9, we go beyond simple walks; we provide adventures that build confidence, improve behavior, and fulfill their physical and mental stimulation needs.
We make it easy for you! We'll pick up your dog between 10:00 and 10:30 AM and return them home, happily exercised, between 1:00 and 1:30 PM.
Where will your dog explore? San Francisco's most breathtaking trails, beaches, and parks, including Golden Gate Park, the Presidio, Crissy Field, Lands End, and more. These walks are fully supervised and structured to encourage positive socialization and proper behavior, ensuring your dog has a safe and rewarding experience.

Private lessons
Get one-on-one coaching tailored to you and your dog. Whether you're working on obedience, leash reactivity, or specific behavior challenges, private lessons (60 minutes each) give you the hands-on help you need. Sessions take place in your home or in an environment relevant to your dog's training, so we can focus on what matters most to you. You'll learn exactly how to communicate with your dog and handle any situation with confidence.
Board and Train
Our Board and Train program offers the fastest way to get real, lasting results with your dog. Your furry companion will stay with me, Lya, in a structured, training-focused home environment, so you can be sure they'll receive lots of personalized attention and care. This immersive experience is perfect for when you're traveling, on vacation, or simply want the best for your dog's training.
While they're with me, your dog will receive adventure and personalized training based on their needs and your goals. We work on obedience, confidence, and behavior in real-world settings around San Francisco. I know how important it is for you to feel at ease, so I prioritize your peace of mind by posting photo and video updates on our instagram throughout the day, so you can see their progress and how happy they are!
This program is perfect for those who want a strong, tailored training foundation for their dog, without the stress of doing it all themselves. I'll handle the intensive training, and then I'll equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to maintain their progress. When your dog returns home, they'll be more confident, responsive, and ready to fit seamlessly into your family's lifestyle

Board
If you're looking for a loving, safe place for your dog to stay while you're away, you've found it! I offer a cozy home environment where your dog will be treated like family. Think of it as a vacation for them! – my focus is simply on providing the best care possible.
Your dog will get plenty of walks, playtime, all the cuddles they could want and if it suits your dog, they will hang out with some potential new friends. I'll make sure they're happy and healthy throughout their stay, right here in my own home. It's all about making sure they feel secure and loved until you return.

We offer personalized, tailored dog training online, just like we do in person in San Francisco!
